Position:

Reporting directly to VP, Eastern Hemisphere, the role based in Oslo, will be responsible for providing leadership to the sales department by monitoring the effectiveness of the sales efforts and ensuring it is aligned with the overall business objectives.

Responsibilities will include

  • Develop growth strategies.
  • Assist in the identification of solutions and technologies that drive sales efficiency and revenuegrowth.
  • Create processes that enable effective and transparent sales management and that utilize theavailable tools or implement new ones to help increase sales effectiveness.
  • Align planning, forecasting and budgeting initiatives and help with developing departmental andaccount goals and objectives.
  • Ensure availability of proper sales training initiatives and play a mentorship role to sales personnel.
  • Identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies.
  • Responsible for sale analytics, sales tracking, and reporting of sales performance.
  • Conduct market analysis in order to identify opportunities for growing sales.
  • Provide customer research and industry specific information and prepare pipeline reports.
  • Participate in sales events, seminars, and workshops, to help establish CMG as an industry leader.
  • Work with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, product, etc. in order to developintegrated plans and strategies.
  • Streamline sales processes, allocating quotas, balancing territories.
